Since 2009, I’ve worked with brands and partners to create engaging and effective visual communication. With over ten years of experience as a graphic designer, art director, and design educator, I’m fascinated by design theory and practices and how they inform our world.
I’ve worked as a contractor and in-house designer across several industries, most recently having been the sole in-house designer for a growing luxury fashion brand. I thrive working with stakeholders to put creativity to metrics, implementing creative strategy and systems, and using design theory for integrative and off-the-cuff creative solutions.
When I’m not deep in the Adobe suite, I enjoy doing / teaching pottery, cooking impossibly complicated meals in my tiny kitchen, and trying to recruit musicians for a high school marching band revival (let me know if you ever need a rusty flute player.)
Recently relocated to Oakland from Los Angeles, I’m currently seeking remote and Bay-area opportunities with great team environments.
